via Facebook... I need to not be still awake. But knowing that really doesn't help. In fact, knowing I need to sleep makes sleep less likely, yet how do I not know I need to sleep? I could try not remembering I've got something to do? Pretend I've got all morning to sleep in? It's hard to placebo yourself.
