via Facebook... Vertigo'd so hard I ended up on my ass in the bathroom. Which was okay, because I could find the pill I dropped and bent over to look for which led to said vertigo dropping me on the floor. Going to spend the day doing online classes, playing video games, napping, and, should the dogs wake up from some serious Sunday slumber, maybe clicking and treating and training. Although they keep telling me to go back to bed so we can dog pile into a nap...

via Facebook... Today I have to do ALL THE THINGS but my body got beat up last night doing the Pilates with Priscilla, also I am actually alone and unsupervised in my house. And it is deathly hot and humid out. We will see how this goes.
