via Facebook... In one of my running groups a woman named Melissa ran her first half marathon yesterday. If you've ever run a race you know how incredibly wonderful that feeling is, like conquering a mountain. She came home and was killed by her partner. Please support laws and programs that help domestic violence victims get help and get to safety. Damn it.
