via Facebook... Meh. Back to the doctor today to evaluate my blood pressure meds. I'm remembering how lucky and privileged I am to have insurance and a doctor who cares and transportation and the knowledge and education to manage my own health. It's hard to not also be annoyed, though. But I'm trying. I know...I'll go shopping on the way home, as my reward!
